From my point of view RBMF meets perfectly, all the requirements that I had envisaged, when discussing its practical application within our business model. My website was set up in November 2008 since then I have had many enquiries regarding holiday letting, in particular during the busy season. Prior to the RBMF system being setup I had numerous enquiries for the same week, all of which needed a reply in response.
Since the RBMF system has been setup, most of these enquiries have now ceased and I only receive enquiries for available dates.

For a long period of time I solely used the RBMF system via my XDA mobile phone. I found it extremely user friendly and efficient, and never ever encountered a problem. By using my mobile phone I was not only able to communicate and organise bookings whilst ‘on the road’ so to speak, but by having the easy to use RBMF via the phone, I could also keep my availability calendar up to date.
Now, although I do now have a desktop computer set up, I still use my XDA whilst out and about, and so the use of the RBMF via my mobile is still extremely important, especially so, when providing online booking facilities. I would highly recommend it.
